Complete Container Management encompasses an entire system of services that begins with the delivery and receipt of containers and covers the delivery, removal, and maintenance of your most valuable asset – your carts. CMG receives your container inventory and records all assets received by the container manufacturer. Your cart inventory is loaded and accurately tracked in our asset management system.
On a daily basis CMG receives work orders for delivery, removal, or container exchanges from your back-office RMS software. We upload those work orders to our route optimization software, which generates the most efficient route possible for our drivers. We employ Rouditor task management software that enables route data on our drivers’ phones and tablets. The driver follows the optimized route for the delivery, removal, or exchange of the carts specified in the work order. The driver records each service in our Rouditor software with a picture and notes.
All of our service data is available in real-time along with GPS coordinates and tracking. This real-time data quickly resolves customer service issues and provides up-to-the-minute service verification. At the end of the day, CMG uploads the data to your RMS software from which your staff can access.
All carts in need of repair travel to our container repair department. First, a CMG team member cleans and deodorizes each unit. Next, we identify the repair issue, which could include wheels, lids, tears, or cracks. We use our patented plastic welding process, Poly-Welding, to fix cracks.
CMG tracks carts that can be warrantied and sends them back to the manufacturer. If a container cannot be repaired or warrantied, we recycle the item and our customer receives the recycling rebate.
